Your work is such a wonderful reminder why sketching en plein air is so great! Your photos and videos are beautiful but they don’t have the vibrancy of your sketchbook work and I imagine that if you only painted from your photos, your spreads wouldn’t have the same life in them. Thank you for sharing!

"Wildflower love," and I do love wild flowers. I painted along with my watercolour pencils as that was what I had to hand and just used pencil over top. I'm so happy with how it looks! I'll use this exercise again and again. It was so simple and very satisfying... great for when I don’t know what to paint next😊 Thank you❤

I love Cornwall with all the colourful wildflowers in May. It's the most beautiful month for me. Last week we went for a hike in the Black Forest where there are so many colourful wildflowers now. This is like having fun with Art and the garden and flower lesson all in one I am learning so much. I have walked past these sort of things for years. Obviously not all of them as I live in Australia but some are very similar or I have seen a version of themare always wanted to know their names thank you so much for going through each individual one and also showing video footage of the actual flowers as well.
